My passion is to help people become healthy on the inside and look great on the outside. Health and appearance are determined by what you put into your body as well as by what you neglect to put into your body.

Judi became a Registered Nurse in 1976 and a Nurse Practitioner in 1994. She has worked in Women's Health and OB/GYN during her entire nursing career as well as 5 years in Family Practice.

She had a Home Birth practice in San Diego county for 9 years and has studied Nutrition since she was 18 years old. Judi has counseled clients in nutrition for health and weight loss purposes for the past 26 yrs and continues to bring the most cutting edge research to her private practice.

Judi's heart goes out to women, as she believes the female gender is often ignored and misunderstood, and her goal is to help them restore and maintain good health without putting them at risk for any disease or dysfunction.

The integration of her medical background with the extensive nutritional and alternative healing knowledge and experience she has acquired over the years allows her to bring the best of both worlds to her patients.
